4. Services Provided by ChosenCars

ChosenCars provides the following services:

• Customer service support for both Drivers and Car Owners.

• Assistance with insurance coverage for the rental period.

• Coordination of vehicle maintenance and repairs.

• Roadside assistance during the rental period.

• Obtaining rental payment from Drivers on behalf of Car Owners.

• Adjusting rental rates in accordance with market trends.

• Charging any additional fees and surcharges as applicable.

• Providing additional items, such as child seats, racks, etc., upon request.

5. Driver Responsibilities

Drivers agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date personal information.

• Hold a valid driver’s license and meet all eligibility requirements.

• Comply with all terms specified in the rental contract with the Car Owner.

• Return the vehicle in the same condition as it was received, barring normal wear and tear.

6. Car Owner Responsibilities

Car Owners agree to:

• Provide accurate and detailed information about their vehicle.

• Ensure the vehicle is in good working condition and compliant with all legal requirements.

• Maintain proper insurance coverage as required by local laws.

• Comply with all terms specified in the rental contract with the Driver.

7. Payment Terms

• ChosenCars will disburse payments to Car Owners after deducting any applicable fees for management services.

• Drivers are responsible for any additional charges incurred during the rental period, including but not limited to tolls, fines, and damages.

8. Insurance and Liability

• ChosenCars will assist in arranging appropriate insurance coverage for the rental period.

• Drivers and Car Owners are responsible for understanding the terms and limitations of the insurance coverage.

• ChosenCars is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the rental agreement between the Driver and the Car Owner.

9. Maintenance and Repairs

• ChosenCars will coordinate necessary maintenance and repairs for the vehicle during the rental period.

• Drivers must report any issues or damages to the vehicle immediately to ChosenCars and the Car Owner.

10. Roadside Assistance

• ChosenCars provides 24/7 roadside assistance for vehicles rented through our platform.

• Drivers should contact ChosenCars immediately in the event of a breakdown or emergency.

11. Termination

ChosenCars reserves the right to terminate any rental agreement or user account at its discretion for violations of these terms and conditions.

12. Governing Law
